Personality Test

Important note

• The test will be conducted using the DiSC method. The DiSC personality test is one of the personality psychometric tests widely used in recruitment after the MBTI test. This test is used to measure how job candidates behave in work situations.
• The test will take place in real time, with a time limit of 30 minutes. Make sure you set aside specific time without interruptions for at least 30-40 minutes to take the test for accurate results.
• All test questions must be filled in before time runs out. The test will be INVALID if it has not been filled in completely, and Mindspace cannot provide output of your test results. Please pay attention to processing times.
• Online screening tools or psychometric tests are intended to provide a brief overview of your mental health. If your results indicate that you may be experiencing symptoms of mental illness, consider sharing your results with someone. Mental health providers (such as psychologists, therapists, or psychiatrists) can give you a complete assessment and talk to you about options for feeling better.
